Before Joining PathO₃Gen Solutions, John Bolte spent 45 years at BDP International, rising from messenger to President and COO and helping grow the business into the world's largest privately held logistics company before its sale in 2018. With decades of leadership and operations experience, he now focuses on ventures aligned with his passion for people and saving lives, joining the company in 2019 as a majority shareholder. A Mount St. Mary's University graduate and co-founder of the Bolte School of Business, John is also an active angel investor supporting innovative startups. He continues to give back as President of The Branches Outreach, a South Jersey nonprofit.

Scott Beal is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of global leadership experience across operations, industrial engineering, sales, and marketing. As Chief Operating Officer of PathO₃Gen Solutions since 2017, he has been instrumental in scaling the company's patented UVZone® technology, expanding into new markets, and driving operational excellence across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food safety sectors. Before joining PathO₃Gen, Scott spent 11 years as COO of M2 Transport and 19 years with UPS Air Cargo, where he led marketing and operations, managed $500 million in revenue planning, and oversaw $20 million in vendor partnerships spanning Asia, Europe, and Latin America. A results-driven and people-focused leader, Scott is known for building high-performance teams and delivering measurable growth. He is a native of Louisville, Kentucky, and holds a B.A. from Gardner-Webb University and an M.A. in Marketing from Webster University.

Steve Humphries is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience leading people operations, organizational development, and global logistics across multiple industries. Since joining PathO₃Gen Solutions in 2017, he has played a key role in scaling operations, overseeing domestic and international distribution, quality management, compliance, and all facets of human resources. Known for his approachable leadership and hands-on style, Steve fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and care—ensuring every team member and process contributes to the company's mission of safer, healthier environments. Before joining PathO₃Gen, he held senior leadership roles in HR and operations at A-LIGN and Goodwill Industries, earning a reputation as a transformational leader who builds strong teams and drives measurable results.

Steven Brown brings more than 25 years of global experience in growth strategy, marketing, and business development. As Interim Chief Growth & Strategy Officer at PathO₃Gen Solutions, he leads the company's expansion, fundraising, and commercialization initiatives—driving its position as a global innovator in infection prevention and sanitation technology. Steven is focused on accelerating market adoption of UVZone® systems, forging strategic partnerships, and scaling innovation across healthcare, pharmaceutical, food, and government sectors. His background includes leading over 1,000 product launches worldwide and holding executive roles with 3eye Worldwide™, Twin Eagle Trade LLC, The Star Group, and ShopRite Supermarkets, where he guided large-scale growth and transformation efforts.
